Rebbetzin Hindel served this dessert today at our "Caffeine for the Soul" class and we loved it! It is amazingly fast and simple to prepare. It can be served hot or cold and as a kugel or a dessert. For dessert, serve it hot and add a scoop of ice cream and the dessert is really great!
Any varation- a little more mayo, a little less; a little more salt, a little less- is always a hit and goes perfectly with any non-sweet challah.
Serve it hot or cold. Serve it at an elegant party or for dinner for the kids. It's good no matter what, no matter how!
