Boris Rosenstein, also a host of the party, waves his fingers in front of the candles as it is traditional to do during the Havdallah service. It was “One Purim, Two Great Events” at  The Chabad House, which headlined mentalist/illusionist Guy Bavli for a Saturday magic night presented by the Russian American Jewish Community, an initiative of The Chabad. Sunday’s dinner and party featured  Ilan Smith and his illusions of the mind and sleight of hand.
