Before we make amends with Him, G‑d asks us to first make amends with family and friends. Allow The Chabad House to provide direction and inspiration at Yom Kippur services beginning with Kol Nidrei and concluding with Ne’ilah, the closing prayers. A complimentary break-the-fast meal will follow. It is important to note that Yom Kippur is 26 hours. The highest point of the day is Neilah which we recite in the last moments of Yom Kippur. That is a time that expresses the ultimate connection between a Jew and G‑d. We should not break our fast before nightfall.
