Kosher cooking class — Kids in the Kitchen will give children a chance to experience kosher cooking, thanks to the Chabad of Northern Palm Beach Island. Girls and boys ages 4-11 will learn how to make foods connected to Jewish history, while gaining an appreciation of important Jewish calendar events. Each child will bring home a cookbook to keep for Mom, too.
Classes will be held from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Feb. 8, 15, 22 and 29 at The Chesterfield, led by Rebbetzin Hindel Levitin, along with Karen Comin, a professional pastry chef for more than 10 years.
In addition to the cooking class, Chabad will host its weekly JM for KM (Jewish Music for Kids and Moms) beginning next Tuesday starting at 11 o’clock.
