30 Shalom Story Time presented by The Chabad House in cooperation with the Friedman CJE’s PJ Lirbary program at
The Society of the Four Arts. The
children heard books about Jewish
weddings, followed by Jewish wedding dancing and a mock Shabbat. All enjoyed grape juice, challah and snacks.

Live creatively — The Rosh Chodesh Society of Palm Beach will present a new course called Art & Soul, about “Judaism’s insights into the arts and how they beautify and transform our lives.”

Hindel Levitin of Chabad of Northern Palm Beach County will teach the seven-class course, which meets once a month at The Brazilian Court. The first class, The Inner Eye of the Artist, will be at 10:15 a.m. Monday. Brunch will be served.

The course aims to reach women of all denominations and backgrounds. The first class will be on painting and drawing.
