Hindel and Rabbi Zalman Levitin announce the birth of their sixth child, a daughter.
Alta Shula Levitin was born Feb. 16, the ninth day of Adar 1, weighing 8 pounds, 3 ounces.
She is named for her mother’s aunt Alta Shula Schwartz, who with her husband operated a Chabad center in California. She passed away at the age of 29.
The child joins her siblings Rivka, 12; Mirel, 10; Rochel, 6; Musia, 4; and Mendel, 1 1/2, in the family home in Palm Beach.
