Support Israel

  • In the coming days, our heroic IDF soldiers may go into Gaza to save the abducted and combat the terrorists. A congregant of The Chabad House has relatives in the south whose family was taken hostage and then rescued by the IDF (the IDF killed 3 Hamas members in this process), but their 16-year-old son was kidnapped. In this critical time, we all ask: What can I do for Israel? How can I help my brothers and sisters in the Holy Land?

A Mitzvah for Israel: Pop-Up on Palm Beach

There is much we can do, no matter how distant we are geographically. The Torah teaches us (and history has repeatedly demonstrated to us) that the physical protection of each one of us - and, indeed, our very collective destiny! - is intrinsically connected to our spiritual activism. Visit 361 S. County Road, between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and perform a small mitzvah. Come inside the storefront (formerly Palm Group Realty) to don tefillin, give charity to three Israeli organizations who are on the ground (Victims of Terror; Lone Soldier; southern Israeli community gift packages), study an excerpt of Torah, get a letter in the Children’s Unity Torah, receive a Shabbos candle lighting kit, purchase a Mezuzah, pray with the rabbis and offer words of encouragement and support for one another. No reservations necessary; walk-ins welcome.

Can't attend in-person? Please pledge a small mitzvah and let us know here: onemitzvah.org/israel/chabadpalmbeach. Thank you for your support!
