Cranberry Kugel

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup oil
1 16 oz. can jellied cranberry

Optional: 3 apples, peeled and sliced into small pieces (Why, oh why, won't my kids eat this if there are a few apples in it? Maybe I'll tell them that instead of the apples, I used cotton candy slices. That should work.)

Directions:
Gently mix flour, sugar, oatmeal and oil until crumbly. Spread half mixture into greased 9x13 pan. Spread jellied cranberry over it (optional: spread the apple slices over the cranberry), then spread the remaining oats, sugar, flour mixture on top of the cranberry and apples. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes on 350.
