Amaretto Cake
Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 packet instant vanilla pudding (or 1 cup NOT firmly pressed)
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup amaretto liquor (Costco sells this with an OU Kosher)
1/4 cup vodka
2/3 cup oil
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients. In separate bowl, mix together wet ingredients. Combine and mix well. (Batter will be very loose). Pour batter into well-greased bundt pan and bake for 50 minutes on 350. Cool. Sprinkle confectionary sugar before serving.
