Ma's Pesach Soup
4 butternut squash (peel and remove seeds)
3 lg sweet potato
4 potato
2 zucchini
2 yellow squash
3 lg onions
10 carrots
Boil in water. Add salt and pepper. Mash or blend. Serve hot. This thick soup is also good added to defrosted gefilteh fish loaves (with eggs and potato starch) to make latkes.
